  • We do not receive any of your bank or credit card information.  We receive only your order and shipping information from PayPal.

  • You may also send a check in the mail for payment, however your order will not be shipped until after the check has cleared the bank.  Please make sure you send a list of the items you want with the payment, or you can email us your order.

Shipping Policy: 

  • Yes, we can ship outside the Continental US.  Click here for additional info.

  • Our goal has been to ship most items within 7 days, unless otherwise stated within the item listing on this website.  However, we have been very busy lately and are currently about 4 weeks behind on shipping.  You can also email for an update on the expected ship time.  We really appreciate our customers and their patience.

  • Orders of quantities of six or more of the same color of reins could take up to an extra six weeks for shipment. This will depend on what color supplies we have in stock. Please call or email to check availability.

  • If you have provided an email address, you will be sent an email message to confirm your order and a second message with tracking information when your order has been shipped.  The second email will come thru PayPal, sometimes these get stuck in the spam filters.  We have also found that some of our customers email programs are only accepting messages in plain text.  If this setting is changed to HTML or Rich Text, then the PayPal messages should come thru.

  • If you mail a check to us for payment, your order will be shipped about 10 days after we receive the check.

  • Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS Ground.  We usually use USPS Parcel Post.  If you have had trouble with either of these carriers delivering to your address please let us know so we don't use them for your order.

  • For most orders we use shipping boxes that fit in our standard size mailbox, hopefully the box will fit in your mailbox also.  This saves on trips to the Post Office.

  • If you would like your order delivered faster, please email us for a quote.  We will need to know what you're ordering so we can calculate the weight.  The additional charge will be determined by the carriers shipping rates, we don't have a set fee.

  • Shipping Charges for shipments within the Continental United States:

$50.01— $75.00..........................add $8.60

$75.01— $100.00......................add $9.85

$100.01— $150.00....................add $11.10

$150.01— and up......................add $12.35

 

If you would like to save on shipping and are in the Treasure Valley area (Boise, ID),

you can pick up your order.  Just email us with what you're looking for so we can make

sure it's ready to pick up.  We don't have a brick and mortar store, we work from home.

   Return Policy: 

  • We will accept returns on all items if the items are still in new, unused condition within 30 days of order. 

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call or email 4ponies@cableone.net within 3 days of receipt.  We will reimburse you for your original payment.

  • We will refund your payment within 24 hours after we receive the item. 

  • If you are returning only part of your order, we will refund the purchase price and the shipping charges associated with the returned item.

  • If you paid for your order by check, then a check will be mailed to you within 24 hours after we receive the return.
